Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What is included in the site fee? The site fee allows for the exclusive use of the site during the hours of your event from 4-10pm, not including set up & break down times. This includes different options for ceremony space, cocktail & dinner hour, and dancing space. Two getting ready rooms are available for use from 9am to 10pm on the day of your event. Villa includes round or banquet tables and chairs for up to 250 people and bar glassware. China and flatware can be provided through the venue for an additional rental fee.
  2. What are the rules around alcohol? Villa Chanticleer offers 3 choices of bar packages starting at $15 per person, including BYO wine & beer and up to full bar.
  3. Is there a back-up rain plan? Yes! Villa has ample inside spaces in the case weather does not permit use of the ceremony garden & lawn. Our team can provide you with alternative indoor layout suggestions to create a flawless inside event from start to finish.
  4. Are shuttles required? No, Villa has ample parking for up to 100 cars. Shuttles may drop off but are not required. We can provide shuttle recommendations if this is a service you would like to provide for your guests.
  5. What are the lodging options? Villa does not have onsite lodging; however, the downtown city of Healdsburg is just a short drive from the venue and offers ample options for hotels, restaurants & shopping. We can provide hotel introductions to inquire about hotel room blocks upon booking your event.
