The site fee allows for the exclusive use of the site during the hours of your event. Russian River has lots of onsite furniture all of which can be used during your event and includes round tables and chairs for up to 100, wood farm tables, fire pits and wine barrel bars.
Standard event times begin at 5pm and due to the sound ordinance in Sonoma county events must cease at 10pm. An earlier start time can be purchased at a rate of $1000/hr.
The tasting room is open to the public until 6pm, however, your guests will be directed to a separate part of the property for the beginning of your event. Milestone staff will be on-site to ensure any lingering tasting room guests who may be in the process of leaving the property are kept safely at a distance from your event.
Yes, for an additional $2000 per hour, the tasting room can be bought out for your event. An overtime fee of $1000 will also apply.
All winery events will need to use wine from the venue where the event is taking place. One of the reasons wineries host events is to expose their wine to an increased audience. Additionally, by using this wine, we can guarantee that you will never run out during your event because we have the privilege of pulling more wine if needed. By having this option, it will help you stay on budget and you won’t overbuy more than you need! All the wineries have multiple varietals to choose from to best suit your liking.
No, unfortunately, due to the Sonoma County sound ordinance, dancing must remain inside at this property and events must cease by 10 pm.
