The following items are included in the site fee May thru October

  • 5 hours of event time 
  • 2 Private bridal staging areas
  • Picnic tables with attached benches for 150
  • 10 8′ banquet tables
  • Full bar area inside General Store
  • Stationary Fire Ring
  • Volleyball, Horse Shoe, Ping Pong tables and playground available for guest usage (BYO equipment)
  • Pool available for casual events
  • Market lights in outdoor dancing space
  • Restrooms (6 facilities) (if over 150, rental restroom req’d)
  • 1 hour rehearsal if ceremony is on-site, timing coordinated with venue schedule

  • Up to 250 guests
  • Weddings: May-October: $7,500 Saturdays; $6,500 Fridays/Sundays
  • Ceremony only: $2,500 for 2 hours of event time
  • Rehearsal dinners, corporate, private events: $4,500 for 4 hours of event time


To reserve your event with Thunderbird Ranch, we require your signed contract, 50% deposit of your total facility fee, as well as the security deposit ($750.00) paid in full.

Included in the site fee is $8,545 worth of equipment that is provided for your use at no additional charge. Please inquire regarding the details.
