Krista of Milestone Events at Trentadue was exceptional! She went above & beyond what she was required to do to make sure my day went perfectly & without any hiccups. She even went to the lengths of opening the door for my grand entrance & also fixed my dress before I went down the aisle. Everyone from Milestone is wonderful & these girls work so hard to make sure everything runs smoothly & they provided excellent client service. If I could do it all over again, I would hands down choose them to help with the planning & processing of the biggest day of my life. Thank you Krista!

Napa Valley is the perfect setting for a destination wedding, and we are so happy with our decision to wed at Viansa Winery in July 2018. Planning the entire thing from Chicago, we relied on the help of the Milestone team, who went above and beyond to ensure our big day was perfect. We were appointed Teina as our event coordinator, who was a pleasure to work with. She was always prompt to respond to emails, and knew all the answers to our many questions! We shared our vision with her, and she really helped it come to life. She put us in touch with the right vendors, and finalized our rental order so we didn’t need to worry about it. On the day of, she did everything to ensure our event followed its timeline, all the vendors did what they needed, and even packed up our car with the decorations at the end of the night! I don’t hesitate in recommending Milestone Events Group for your Napa Valley wedding or special event! Thank you for everything!
My husband and I were married at Trentadue Winery on November 4th and it was such an amazing day – many thanks to Milestone Events Group and specifically Macenzie! The whole day went so smoothly and we were able to have fun and relax. Macenzie was an absolute super woman and was there to help us if we needed anything. We couldn’t have selected a better venue and Milestone was there for us for the entire process. All of our guests had the best time and we were so happy with our wedding. We would do it all over again if we could!
Nick & I live in New York City and we decided to get married in Geyserville, CA, not exactly near each other. Krista Polizo & Macenzie Campolito were extremely professional and provided quality customer service. They provided a list of vendors, which ended up being very helpful when it came to the salon I used, the DJ and the rentals company. All of which were wonderful and extremely professional. Krista & Macenzie were very organized, replied to emails/phone calls promptly and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. We are so thankful to Krista & Macenzie for helping us design and plan our dream wedding. On the day of I had no worries and everything turned out perfect! I would highly recommend working with Krista & Macenzie!!
Without a doubt, Sbragia Family Vineyards stands out as a high-class establishment, especially within the wedding industry. The location of the venue overlooking the entire Dry Creek Valley is breath-takingly beautiful, and the venue itself is lovely in keeping with the natural surroundings. It’s classy but not lavish; it was exactly what we were looking for when we dreamed of a “patio party” atmosphere for our wedding reception. Leslie Fravel with Milestone Events was invaluable in coordinating our wedding day. From the moment we met months before the wedding day, Leslie treated us like we were her only clients. She was welcoming, accommodating, and she responded to all requests as though it was her pleasure to serve us. She was easy to reach by phone and email, and she was always prompt in returning messages. When our wedding day arrived Leslie and her staff (Kelly) worked behind the scenes attending to details and glitches, so that my husband and I could enjoy the celebration without a care or concern. Her experience and expertise allowed her to anticipate our needs, and guests commented on how seamless the whole evening was. Thank you to Sbragia and Leslie for your outstanding work!
My daughter’s wedding last month was at the Madrone Estate Winery. The day was beautiful and perfect. I highly recommend Milestone Events Group. Planning is relatively easy since they have a list of preferred providers. Park Avenue Catering’s food was delicious and plentiful. Briana met with my daughter and son-in-law numerous times. Every detail was taken care of by Briana who offered suggestions along the way. Briana was there the entire day until the very last item was packed at the end of the evening.
I think the images of Trentadue Winery speak for themselves! The warm Tuscan architecture of the tasting room, coupled with the perfectly manicured English Garden lawns and the sweeping vineyard views make this venue one that every guest will remember. If the beauty alone doesn’t sell you, here are some practical reasons to host your event there:
-It’s located on some of the most beautiful vineyards with astonishing mountain views, which means: there isn’t a need for an incredible amount of decor. The first time we drove up to the venue, we knew that it was “the one”!
-Trentadue Winery is near Healdsburg, CA which serves as the most adorable “home base” for the wedding weekend activities.
-You will be happy to serve Trentadue wine to your guests because of the quality and the price tag!
-Hosting an event at Trentadue means that you’ll have an experienced team member from Milestone Events group to work with.
We couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful place to have our wedding, and we are already planning a trip back to Trentadue to visit as newlyweds!
The team at Milestone Events Group was amazing from the very beginning. I got married at Trentadue, one of the many breathtaking venues that this expanding company has to offer. From my original site tour, to our interactions throughout the year leading up to the wedding, all the way up to the wedding day, the staff was supportive, informative, and professional. They were so patient with my questions, accommodating with my requests, and always made me feel as though I could go to them if I needed something. Everyone there is a class act and they made the planning process much easier! Most importantly, they have some of the most gorgeous and unique venues in the area. Thank you to everyone at Milestone for helping make my wedding the best day of our lives!
We worked with Krista for our wedding at Trentadue Winery and she is great! When we booked our wedding at Trentadue there was someone else working in Krista’s position, so when Krista took over we were a little bit nervous, but she turned out to be awesome. We had a wonderful wedding and Krista was really helpful with everything about the organizing and planning for our big day. She made the afternoon/evening run very smoothly and we never had to worry about anything at our wedding. Krista is detail oriented, thoughtful, calm, responsive and kind. We would highly recommend working with Krista at Milestone! We know understand why having an awesome wedding planner is KEY to having a successful and relaxed wedding :)
We had an incredible wedding thanks in large part to Trentadue and Milestone. We had considered numerous options in the Napa/Sonoma area, but as soon as we set foot on the property at Trentadue, we knew it was going to be our wedding venue. We loved the flexibility of the spaces, the arbor, the views, the wine, etc. Additionally, Krista at Milestone was wonderful to work with and made the process easy from the start. She was responsive to our questions throughout our planning and was always smiling, organized, and helpful. All in all, our wedding was magical and we heard from so many guests that it was the most beautiful wedding venue they had ever seen — major success!
I had a GREAT experience with Milestone Events Group (especially our wedding coordinator, Briana). They were a dream to work with and made planning a destination wedding (from Ohio) SO easy. I was worried about getting all of the details worked out from so far away and Briana made it so easy to stay on top of everything! We loved our experience.

I could not have had a better experience with Milestone Events Group. We were guided through every step of the process, they were attentive to our needs, prompt in their responses, and a pleasure to work with.
We had a corporate event for our non-profit at Trentadue Winery administered by Milestone. It could not have gone smoother. The event space was set up perfectly when we arrived, and Krista and her team did everything possible to make the event a success–Which it was. Milestone Events Group was the perfect company to work with planning our dream destination wedding in wine country at Trentadue Winery. They were very informative and professional throughout the entire wedding process. There was always someone available to communicate with via email or phone. Their main priority is your special day and executing the vision of the bride and groom. They provided a trusted list of vendors all of which exceeded our expectations. Planning the wedding remotely was so easy and even stress free. We had a rainy wedding day up until an hour before ceremony time. Milestone team was diligently working executing our reception plan b for rain and wiping down chairs outside to ensure our guests were comfortable. Our family and friends truly were able to enjoy the entire wedding day because Milestone planned and arrange everything from beginning to end. We have heard nothing but positive feedback from our guests about how much fun they had at the reception and how well they were taken care off by Milestone Events Group. I would highly recommend Milestone Events Group to any engaged couple especially to anyone who is adventurous enough to have a destination wedding.
Milestone has exceptional client-focused business practices. From the little touches like goodies and a preferred vendor guide to dealing with more complex issues along the way, I felt like we were taken such good care of throughout the whole planning process. Milestone also has the option of hiring a day-of coordinator, and I’m so glad we did. Krista Polizo is amazing! Krista has been truly wonderful to work with. Seriously. I could write a whole separate five-star review just about her. She is approachable, friendly, organized, and an excellent communicator. I was instantly impressed with her professional, warm demeanor, and her calm yet directive personality was exactly what we needed on the day of our wedding. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great day. It was so nice to not have to think about any of the details on our wedding day. Having the day-of coordination in Krista’s hands allowed all of us to enjoy the entire day to its fullest.

We got married at Trentadue Winery on 7/14/18 and had the most AMAZING day. The venue is absolutely breathtaking! We knew from the very first visit that this was the place for us. Macenzie Campolito was the associate from Milestone who took us on our initial site visit. I actually liked her so much that I emailed Milestone and insisted she be our coordinator. She was friendly, personable, reliable, organized, proactive and extremely knowledgable. Over the 11 month planning process, Macenzie and I exchanged more than a hundred emails. She really took time to make sure she had a perfect grasp of how we wanted the wedding day to turn out. She was attentive and responsive to all of my questions and requests. I knew that no matter how many million tasks were ahead of me that she would be there helping me as much or as little as I needed.
The wedding day went off without a hitch and was everything I envisioned it to be. I would highly recommend Macenzie and Milestone Events as a wonderful team to work with to make the ultimate wedding experience. I couldn’t have asked for anything more!
The Trentadue Team worked day and night literally to make our event a success. Everything turned out beautifully and I didn’t have to worry about the details or timing of events.
Had my rehearsal dinner at one of Milestone’s venues. The setting was intimate, the views were spectacular and the wines were terrific. Everyone from Milestone Events Group went above and beyond to make sure the event was a success.
Our non-profit held our annual Gala fund raising event here November 1st 2015. We had over 100 people in the event center and on the lawn. The site is spectacular, and the event staff and organizers could not have done a better job. The site was perfectly prepared when we arrived and staff made sure the kitchen was clean, well stocked with ice, etc. It could not have gone better and we look forward to next year here.
Milestone Events Group did an amazing job coordinating our wedding this June at Trentadue Winery. Our coordinate, Dayna Iverson, was simple superb from the very beginning in walking us through timelines and pre-wedding details all the way through facilitating the day of. Milestone had a many online planning tools that enabled us to quickly and easily see how our planning was progressing and we appreciated access and utilization of the online dashboard.

I was a type-A bride, very organized and detailed oriented and had high expectations of the team to ensure that our day of was perfect. The team at Milestone, especially Krista and Macenzie, were fantastic to work with and did an especially amazing job executing my vision. Everything was seamless and completely exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. With so many variables that could potentially go array, having Krista and Macenzie’s execution and professionalism completely mitigated our risk and fears of something going wrong on one of the most important days of our lives. We absolutely would recommend working with Milestone for any event, and especially one as important as your wedding day!
Our wedding day was absolutely perfect because of all the ladies at Milestone (Madrone) who helped make it happen. I couldn’t have asked for a better celebration. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Milestone Events Group, and everyone I’ve come in contact with throughout our wedding process. From the moment we submitted our first inquiry email about site tours, everyone was open, honest, attentive, and genuinely kind. After communicating with several other events groups and venue coordinators, we found that Milestone really treats each of their couples with the attention and detail as if you were the only couple they are working with, rather than one in a line of hundreds of weddings being churned out of a factory during peak wedding season.
It’s this personal touch and care that makes everyone at Milestone such a joy to work with, and truly put our minds at ease. We used Milestone’s Day-Of coordinator service, and I was able to work with Leslie for the 9 months leading up to our wedding. She had a perfect grasp of how we wanted the wedding to be and helped me iron out all of the tiny details and was ready with answers, ideas and recommendations for every question we had throughout the process. The day of the event my (now) husband and I had complete peace of mind, knowing Leslie had everything handled. We were able to spend our energy living in the moment and taking in our wedding day, putting our focus on making memories with our guests instead of wondering where my veil ended up, or whether our schedule was on time.
I would 100% recommend choosing a Milestone venue…you will not be disappointed.

From the first time we met you, we were impressed with your kindness and professionalism. We always felt welcomed in your presence. We are so pleased with all the services provided prior to and during our wedding day. Our wedding day was so special and perfect.
Trentadue is an amazing venue for a wedding. Our wedding was in August and it was perfect! The venue is huge and customizable to meet all wedding needs. We got so many compliments on the venue and guests told us it was the perfect setting for a wedding. Trentadue is definitely one of the most picturesque wedding venues in the area and your pictures will turn out amazing. The wine at Trentadue is great and very reasonably priced. Trentadue does case sales that you can buy and serve at your wedding, which will help save some money. Milestone Events Group does the events management for this property and they are super easy to work with – accommodating, responsive, and professional. Krista Polizo is the main contact for Trentadue and she is amazing! A wedding planner is not needed for a wedding at Trentadue – especially if you use the coordinator package from Milestone (which you should, it’s cheaper than most coordinator costs and Krista will make your wedding perfect!).
This was a beautiful venue and such supportive and polite staff. The grounds are amazing and we could not have picked a better place. We had a large guest count (about 350) and they accommodated everyone without it feeling crowded!
We got married at Viansa Sonoma on 7/28/18 and had the most amazing experience with Milestone from start to finish. Teina was an especially amazing coordinator! We’re not local to the area so we were concerned that planning may be difficult but Teina was so responsive to all of my million little questions and everything went perfectly the day of. Our guests commented how wonderful everything flowed together and that we had absolutely nothing go wrong. Our bridal party said Teina was so nice and helpful (many of them had said other wedding coordinators they’ve interacted with were not always so nice).
We absolutely LOVED Viansa, the views (especially at sunset) were amazing. We got married on the upper lawn, had cocktail hour outside and dinner in the pavilion. It was the perfect venue and we absolutely loved it. Some of the tables, chairs, and patio furniture are included with the venue fee which is nice. We loved having dinner inside the pavilion because it still gave people the option to hang out outside so it never felt too crowded with 140 guests. Could not recommend Viansa and Milestone more!
