How To Stay Organized While Planning Your Wedding 

With so many little details, it is not difficult to lose control during the wedding planning process. Below are some tried and true tips from the experts to ensure your wedding organization plan is in top shape, and you are set up for success.  

 Streamline 

Save yourself stress later on by creating an email account strictly for wedding communication. If you are sharing the tasks with bridesmaids, parents, or your fiancé, creating a shared calendar for appointments, and a shared file everyone has access to can make sure your communication is clear so that nothing is missed. You can share important documents and contact information between your planner and family members who are actively involved in the planning process. 

Checklist 

Keeping a detailed checklist of all the wedding tasks will ensure nothing is overlooked. To increase the success of your list, delegate tasks to your planner, yourself, and your family members involved in the planning process, and assign due dates to checklist items to make sure deadlines are met.

Payment Schedule  

Make a payment schedule for all of your wedding expenses. It is too easy to forget a payment date which places you and your vendors in an awkward position.
