In addition to the newly refurbished Tasting Room, guests on the back patio now have the option of a configurable shade system that provides both comfort and flexibility for their event.
A gorgeous, newly constructed, vineyard ceremony area is the latest addition to the property and offers guests unobstructed views of both the vineyards and the mountains. This venue lends itself to a progression of “reveals” for your guests throughout the timeline of your event.
Scion Hill, one of the best views of the Alexander Valley is now available for private events. Recent upgrades include a newly built ceremony arbor and a market lighting system that will illuminate up to 150 guests at dinner. Additionally, new tables and chairs have been added and are included in the site fee.
The newest feature at this already well-rounded venue is the Scion Hill Deck – a beautifully constructed space, overlooking Alexander Valley, that can seat up to 48 people. This is the perfect space for dining, cocktails, or set up as a lounge for you and your guests to enjoy in-between the activities.
Another hidden gem at this site is an adorable completely refurbished one-bedroom pool house. Available as part of the site rental, it is a one of a kind retreat on a one of a kind estate.
New awnings, draperies and cushions have been added to compliment the contemporary feel of this property. A reworking of the landscaping throughout the site has further opened up the already spectacular vistas.

The recent repainting of the Pavilion interior to a warm and toasty hue has updated an already beautiful space, creating the perfectly neutral backdrop for any event décor.
New grass has been rolled out on The South Lawn and the fencing has been moved back 20 yards, enabling the towering redwood trees to become a part of this space. Dramatic up lighting has been added making this already breathtaking setting by day, even more spectacular at night.
